Due to the time lapse since the last meeting or the way minutes are written, we're often unable to ascertain the current status of a matter from the strata files ... or it may be obvious to us that importantdocuments are missing. If your report states that there's missing files, and we've requested these from the person managing the strata records, we'll upload the files we receive below. At times it takes weeks to get an answer, so you may have to check every few days or so; however at other times, our request for missing files is ignored. When this happens, we suggest asking the agent to get their vendor to make the request to the strata office, because as an owner, they have a right to information about the common property.
