Fees and terms

We can provide a report for all work orders and Tailoured Solutions.  The following terms apply unless otherwise agreed:

• Turn around from order date to report date is 3 business days
• Same day service may attract a double rate
• A call-out fee will apply according to the property zone 
• Tolls are an additional charge
• A parking charge may apply if vehicle access is not provided
• Additional time relating to parking restrictions/delays is charged at $60 per hour in 15 minute increments
• Consultation with owners or tradespeople is charged at $120 per hour in 15 minute increments
