    When will my report be ready?

    ​Your order will be processed same or next business day and your report will be ready for dispatch the following business day after the strata inspection date; so we aim to turn it around in 3-4 business days from receipt of your payment, but we’ll let you know if there is going to be any delays!     Why do I have to upload the Contract?

    The Sale Contract has all the information we need to begin the process.  It will tell us where the strata files are, the size of the building and who the current owner is.  This ensures we collect the correct information required to complete your Strata Report.  If you can't upload the entire contract due to file size, the first 3 pages will do.
